HOW TO MAKE BANANA BREAD/CAKE

This is one of the easiest bread/cake out there. I’m not into baking a lot, well, because it’s too much stress to get a perfect baked meal. But today, I beg to differ as this banana bread was really simple and yum. Do try it out and oh, you’re welcome 🙂

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats flour
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • half cup of sugar
  • half cup of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinammon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix aot flour, cinammon, baking soda and salt together
  2. Beat eggs, set aside
  3. Mash the bananas in a bowl and set aside
  4. In a bowl, mix butter and sugar until smooth
  5. Add in mashed bananas and eggs. Whisk properly
  6. Now add the dry ingredients, and slowly mix into the bowl
  7. Grease pan and pre-heat oven on 200 degree celcius
  8. Allow mixture to bake for about 40 minutes to 1 hour

Best enjoyed with Milk or any chilled fruit juice
