Homemade GRANOLA

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of rolled oats/ old fashioned pats
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp coconut shavings
  • Cashew nuts
  • Coconut flakes
  • Dried fruits (raisins, dried cranberriess)

Method

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the dried fruits

Heat an oven, line the oven tray and place the mixture in the tray. Allow to bake for about 15 minutes. Be sure to stir at intervals to avoid mixture from burning.

When it’s properly brown in color, add the dried fruits and place in the oven for about 2 minutes.

Allow to cool and Enjoy
Best served with milk, or as mid-day snack.
